Payment Methods

At AutoRiven, we make paying for your used OEM auto parts simple, secure, and transparent.

AutoRiven is the trade name of AutoZ Sp. z o.o. (Poland).

AutoZ Sp. z o.o. is the sole contractual seller and seller of record for all purchases made on autoriven.eu.

How payments work

All online payments on autoriven.eu are processed through Stripe Checkout, a trusted and PCI DSS–compliant payment platform.

When you place an order:

  • You are redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page
  • You complete your payment using your preferred method
  • You are returned to AutoRiven
  • You receive an order confirmation by email

AutoRiven remains fully responsible for your order, invoicing, delivery, warranty, and customer support.

Payment authorization

When an order is placed, your payment may initially appear as pending or authorized.

  • Funds are captured only after the order is confirmed and ready for processing
  • If the order is cancelled before confirmation, the authorization is automatically voided and no funds are captured

Payment security

Your security is our priority:

  • AutoRiven does not store card or bank details
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards

Currency

All prices on autoriven.eu are displayed in EUR (€).

If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fees.

Bank transfer (on request)

Bank transfer is available on request only.

To pay by bank transfer:

  • Contact us at info@autoriven.eu before placing your order
  • We will provide payment instructions
  • Orders are processed only after funds are received and confirmed

Order confirmation and processing

After successful payment:

  • You receive an order confirmation email
  • Your order is processed within 1–2 business days
  • Once shipped, you receive a tracking number by email

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Fraud prevention

To protect our customers and service, payments may be screened by automated anti-fraud systems provided by Stripe.

In rare cases, a transaction may be temporarily reviewed or cancelled before shipment.
